Process Architecture is a boutique practice, not an enterprise SaaS vendor. This is the short, honest version — not a legal document written to be skimmed past.
Training access is granted by invite code, not open signup. An account stores your name, email, a hashed password, and the dates your access period covers. If you use a complex query in the tool, we count how many you have used today (to enforce the daily limit) — this counter is temporary and resets each day, it is not a log of what you asked.
We do not store the content of your queries or the process maps you build — those live in your own browser (locally) and, for a complex query, are sent live to Claude (Anthropic) to generate an answer and are not retained by this platform afterward. We do not store payment details; Stripe handles checkout and never shares full card data with us.
Nobody, beyond what it takes to run this service: Stripe for payment, Anthropic for the tool's AI feature, and our email provider to reach you. Data is never sold or shared for marketing.
Process Architecture operates from Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in the EU, under GDPR. Account and billing data is processed to perform the contract you agreed to (training access, an order); contact-form messages, on the basis of your consent in sending them.
To see, correct, or delete what we hold on you, write to hello@processarchitecture.eu. We will handle it directly — there is no support queue to route it through.
